Job Summery :
We are looking for a CRM manager or specialist who will responsible for supporting CRM
efforts. This person will oversee determining the most likely path of any given customer
through their loyalty journey in order to increase their value and create brand ambassadors. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, strategic, is results-oriented, and has experience building customer loyalty programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Collecting and analysing customer data.
Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs.
Handling customer complaints.
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as
Customer Service Representatives.
Creating and executing retention campaigns.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve
the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers.
Extensive knowledge services of our company.
Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members.
Analytical and data-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Technology skills in CRM software.
Punctuality of time is very vital.
Fluent in Hindi and English language.

Navi Mumbai: Reliable commute or relocate or planning to relocate before starting the
Any Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years in relation to CRM.
