Job Summery
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products
or services to prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales
targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. You will build and
maintain strong relationships with clients, identify their needs to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
 Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling,
networking, referrals, and industry events.
 Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and their needs to tailor sales
presentations accordingly.
 Understand the features and benefits of the products/services offered by the
company and effectively communicate them to customers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential
customers.
 Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs and
concerns.
 Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and
satisfactory manner.
3. Sales Reporting:
 Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the sales manager or
company leadership.
 Provide and update regular sales reports.
4. Market Intelligent:
 Keep look on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify
potential sales opportunities.
 Gather feedback from customers to provide insights for product/service
improvement.
5. Collaboration:
 Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and
campaigns.
 Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless
operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience:
 A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
 Proven experience in sales, preferably in service sector.
2. Skills and abilities:
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Strong negotiation abilities.
 Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Personal Attributes:
 Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Flexibility:
 Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as
required.
