Job Summery :
As a Human Resource (HR) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s human resources functions. Your primary focus will be on
attracting, developing, and retaining a talented and motivated workforce while ensuring
compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
candidates.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate
screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
– Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce
planning.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
– Create a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters
professionally and impartially.
– Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and fair
manner.
– Organize employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and
promote a sense of belonging.
3. Performance Management:
– Develop and implement performance management programs to assess and
improve employee performance.
– Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting
performance reviews.
– Identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for
employees.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
– Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in
accordance with labor laws and best practices.
– Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
– Keep updates of HR trends and changes in labor laws to adapt HR practices
accordingly.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
– Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and other perks.
– Conduct market research to ensure the organization’s compensation packages
remain competitive.
6. Training and Development:
– Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and design training
programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
– Implement professional development initiatives to support career growth.
7. HR Administration:
– Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records,
managing time-off requests, and handling payroll coordination.
8. Employee Health and Safety:
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working
environment.
– Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
– Several years of experience in HR roles, with progressively increasing
responsibilities.
– Experience in managerial or supervisory positions is preferred.
2. HR Knowledge:
– Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
– Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data and
analytics.
3. Communications Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the
organization.
4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR
issues.
5. Leadership and Team Management:
– Ability to lead and manage an HR team effectively.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Confidentiality:
– Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with
discretion.
